I don't think it's anywhere in our manifesto or policy (I could be wrong, and haven't had time to do an exhaustive search, sorry). But 4-6 is the sort of size that usually comes up when this is discussed in fringe meetings at conference, so I assume that's the sort of size we're talking about.
